We will replace the product or refund your money in the event you are not satisfied. Our own Customer Service personnel are available during working hours to assist you in finding a Bengal product that eliminates your bug problem.
Guarantee Policy
An original cash register receipt is required for a refund or exchange of goods. No copies or reproductions will be accepted.
Limit one refund per person, customer, household, address, or receipt. Offer good in the USA only. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. Boxes to obtain multiple refunds is fraudulent and could result in federal prosecution under the U.S. Mail Fraud Statutes (1 USC, Sections 1341-1342).
Any claims postmarked after 60 days from the date of purchase will be ineligible. No P.O. Boxes will be accepted without a street address.
To qualify for a refund you must be a legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older. Only the actual purchaser of the qualifying product(s) may participate. Requests from commercial users, groups, clubs, or organizations will not be honored or returned. No Guarantee for use on rental property or other commercial applications.
Acceptance of replacement or substitute product is the fulfillment of the Guarantee.
Bengal reserves the right to modify or withdraw this policy at any time. Bengal reserves the right to ask for the lot codes, UPC bar code, return of the product, or other identifying items as additional proof of purchase. Receipts and other items submitted become the property of Bengal and will not be returned. Please allow 8 weeks for receipt of the check. Bengal is not responsible for lost, late or misdirected mail.
