Why use Bengal Roach Spray?
While we believe roaches and other pests have their place in the world, that place is not inside our homes.
So, when you want roaches out of your home, don’t call an exterminator — do it yourself with Bengal Roach Spray. Bengal is the spray-it-yourself solution that works like an exterminator, but at a fraction of the cost. Even better, Bengal Roach Spray is guaranteed to work or your money back.
The Roach Problem
Everyone hates roaches! With good reason, too.
Not only are they disgusting to look at, they are a source of allergens in the home - both their feces and body parts. Many individuals develop allergies to these insects. Data from one study showed that 7.5% of people with no known insect allergies showed allergic skin responses to extracts of cockroaches while 28% of 114 allergic people were also affected. Allergens present in the feces of the German cockroach can become airborne along with normal house dust. The allergens can then be inhaled from the air or ingested when in contact with food.
Roaches like to hide in cracks and crevices in your home - behind baseboards, closets, inside walls, etc.
They venture out looking for food and water. Have you ever gone to the kitchen for a glass of water in the dark of night, turned on the light, and seen roaches scurrying for cover?
How to Kill Them
In order for roaches to die, they have to come into contact with a sufficient dose of insecticide.
The challenge is how to get the insecticide to the roaches given that they like to hide away most of the time, especially when you are around. The most common method of controlling roaches in the home is the use of aerosol sprays. The typical aerosol spray available uses a water-based delivery system. This helps keep the product cost down. A water-based product is not very good at penetrating deep into cracks and crevices to kill roaches where they hide. Also, these products tend to use messy chemicals which leave a sticky residue on surfaces in your home. And then there is the smell. The bottom line - water-based products are cheap but they do not work very well and are messy.
